The Booking Centre team is a **tight-knit group** who go above and beyond to support our patients and live our company values every day. **Permanent Full-Time** **Monday–Friday, office hours** **Career development opportunities** **In-house training provided** **Work with a values-based, industry-leading medical imaging provider**### **ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES**As a Booking Agent, you will: Take inbound calls and determine the required service Handle bookings and enquiries efficiently Notify patients of pre-visit requirements Liaise with technical and support staff Quote fees and Medicare rebate amounts Book appointments at the relevant site Assist with other tasks as needed### **ABOUT YOU**Our Booking Agents come from all walks of life and bring a range of experience.
