Good Optical Services – Port Melbourne VIC We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused full-time Customer Service Representative to join the team at Good Optical Services' in Port Melbourne, VIC. The working hours for this role are 9am-5pm Mon-Fri. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, growing organisation and contribute to providing exceptional service to our valued customers. What you'll be doing Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner Assisting customers with product information, order processing and resolving any issues or concerns Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and order information Supporting the sales team by providing feedback on customer needs and preferences Performing various administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the customer service and warehouse teams What we're looking for Previous experience in a customer service or sales administration role (previous optical experience highly regarded but not necessary) A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service is required for this position Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask Proficient in using computer systems, MYOB, Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software A positive, friendly and professional demeanour Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this role What we offer Good Optical Services' is committed to providing a supportive and flexible work environment.
