This full-time Customer Service & Sales Representative position at in Hallam VIC is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers and stakeholders by providing exceptional service and driving sales to support the company's overall objectives. What you'll be doing Responding to inbound customer inquiries across multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat) in a friendly and professional manner Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers Handling customer complaints and concerns, and working to resolve issues efficiently Proactively identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to drive sales Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Supporting the broader sales and customer service team as needed Visit health food stores, pharmacies, and stockists to present and promote products as required - a valid driver's licence is essential for this role Attend trade shows and exhibitions locally and interstate approximately 1-2 times per year Overseeing team and office administration What we're looking for Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, ideally within the health supplement industry 3-5 years of sales or business development experience, with health food or pharmacy industry experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software A positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude High school diploma or equivalent, with additional customer service or sales training an advantage. Studies in Naturopathy and/or natural medicine will be highly regarded.
