Role Description We’re searching for a dynamic leader who thrives on delivering sales results while building motivated, high-performing teams. As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of regional growth — setting ambitious targets, tracking performance, and coaching managers to exceed expectations. More than just driving revenue, you’ll ensure every club thrives through strong member satisfaction, retention, and a culture that fuels long-term commercial success.
