As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Property Development Acquisition Officer & Research Analyst to support our development team and Acquisitions Manager in sourcing, evaluating, and executing new development site opportunities. This role is ideal for a commercially minded and analytically driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to residential projects across Southeast Queensland and develop themselves into a high-quality development professional. Key Responsibilities Support the Acquisitions Manager in the acquisition of key large scale development sites, complete due diligence studies and advancing development approvals Conduct feasibility analysis for acquisition opportunities Work with consultants including town planners, architects and engineers to help progress development concepts Assist in site-specific research and due diligence on potential developments Coordinate and maintain market intelligence databases, tracking transactions and projects data Support the preparation of presentations for senior stakeholders Establish and manage relationships with internal teams, external consultants, agents and valuers About You Tertiary qualification in either Economics, Property Valuation, Investment, Town Planning, Engineering or Finance Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the property industry Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of fundamentals with feasibilities, town planning, and market research Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Willingness to learn and participate in a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
