This role is pivotal in driving the success of our fully automated site by leveraging advanced data analytics to optimize system performance and efficiency. The Senior PE will lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. They will identify potential RMR projects, translate them into engineering solutions, and oversee their execution from conception to completion. A key aspect of this role is working closely with the Business Service Manager to understand customer needs and participating in customer meetings and presentations as needed. The Senior Process Engineer will also focus on building the team’s capability through training, mentoring, and coaching, ensuring they stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Through these responsibilities, the Senior PE will play a crucial role in increasing system efficiency, reducing downtime, and maximizing flow.* Develop, maintain, and improve methods to gain and use relevant performance data.* Analyse system, process and maintenance activity performance using advanced data analytics.* Evaluate and improve system, process and maintenance activity performance based on data-driven insights.* Communicate performance status and improvement actions internally and with the customer, ensuring transparency and alignment.* Initiate, assist to sell, and implement revisions, modifications and retrofits (RMR); this includes identifying potential projects, translating them into engineering solutions, and overseeing their execution from conception to completion.* Identify leads, draw up suitable action plans and implement them as instructed.* Use the analyses to come up with usable insights and proposals for improvements. Make attractive reports and give presentations to various stakeholders.* Familiar with all the standard analytical methods and techniques and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.* Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.* Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and translate them into engineering solutions.* Develop the engineering capability of the team through training, mentoring, and coaching.* Participate in customer meetings and presentations as needed, representing the technical expertise of the team.**Aspire.
