This role covers the greater Bendigo region. Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth: Achieve volume, revenue, and margin targets; grow sales within existing customers; generate new business through leads, campaigns, and cold calling. Customer Relationship Management: Build long‑term relationships with customers; maintain consistent communication and follow‑ups. Sales Strategy Execution: Implement brand and promotional strategies; manage pricing, discounts, and terms. Territory Management: Develop and execute a territory sales plan; maintain accurate customer details. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and visibility; work with franchise partners on sales activities. Market Insights & Reporting: Provide market information to management; complete sales reports on time. Why Lactalis?
