Act for listed and unlisted companies, accounting firms and other clients in commercial disputes across the manufacturing, distribution, retail, property, pharmaceutical and transport sectors. Regular appearances in the Federal and Supreme Courts Collaborate across offices on multi-jurisdictional matters The ideal candidate: 2+ years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation and/or insolvency and restructuring Strong academic achievements are essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident managing files, deadlines, and competing priorities Practical, commercially minded, and client-focused Comfortable working both independently and within a team Why work with us?
