This full-time Marketing Manager position at Macedon Lodge pty ltd is responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy to promote our premium thoroughbred training facility and drive revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be based primarily at our picturesque location in Mount Macedon, Victoria. What you'll be doing Develop and implement an integrated marketing plan to effectively promote Macedon Lodge's services and offerings to both new and existing trainers Support our in house trainers by promoting their business to potential owners. Our trainers are industry leading including multiple Melbourne Cup winners Manage all marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, email, and traditional advertising Create compelling marketing collateral such as brochures, website content, and sales presentations Oversee the company's social media presence and engage with our online community Analyse marketing performance data and provide recommendations Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities What we're looking for 5+ years of proven experience in a marketing management role, ideally within the thoroughbred industry Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth Strong skills in digital marketing, including social media, email, and website management Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Creative flair and an eye for design to produce high-quality marketing assets Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred What we offer At Macedon Lodge, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
