Organisation This large Community Services Organisation with offices based in Parramatta is on the lookout for a Customer Service Support person to join their dynamic team and fast paced environment. Position You will be a first point of contact and provide 1st level Customer support services to several thousand users across the organisation. Assist Users with general enquiries and also HR, Payroll or other systems access. Responsibilities Providing Level 1 support either by telephone or email Triaging incoming requests and escalating to relevant teams Perform user account administration Provide excellent customer service and updating users Provide feedback on continuous improvement of processes and procedures Skills & Experience 1+ year in Customer service position, ideally previous experience working in a call center with high volume of calls. Previous experience using a ticketing system is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Outstanding Customer Service skills. Available to start ASAP. Job Details Admin / Secretarial / Office Support Administration Sydney Contract or Temp Join a large Community Services Organisation Friendly & collaborative team and Supportive Manager Work during core business hours (9am-5pm) Initial 3 month contract with view to extend Diverse and fast-paced role Flexibility to work from home 1-2 days / week after the initial period Pay: $35-$40 per hour ASAP start #J-18808-Ljbffr
