Senior Graphic Designer/Art Director, In-house This is an exciting opportunity for a switched on, bold, brave, conceptual Senior Graphic Designer/Art Director to join an e-commerce, in-house, fun and busy creative studio. This is a very non-traditional fast-paced environment, and you’ll be working in close collaboration with a world-class creative lead who will inspire, motivate and lift you to new heights when it comes to creative output. Culture here is super important. We are looking for an outgoing, flexible and ambitious Senior Creative with equal strengths in design and art direction, someone who can hold their own, have the confidence to speak up and share ideas but still be open to direction and feedback. Whilst we’ll be looking for all the desired skills, such as the entire Creative Suite, the ability to think and execute laterally across design and art direction, and an amazing sense of fashion and interest in the latest trends - along with a real passion for retail - ultimately it will be all about you, your values, experience, energy and attitude. We are looking for genuine commitment. You’ll have eight to ten years’ experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You’re a people person, proactive and with a ‘just do it’ attitude. A solid understanding of the whole production process including photoshoots, both in-house and external, is pretty important here as well. There’s a lot more to this opportunity.
