RVGO - Caravan & RV Repair Centre on the Northern Beaches Opportunity to join an exciting & rapidly developing industry Friendly & fun working environment Immediate start We are looking for a reliable and experienced bookkeeper / Administrator to join our team on a permanent part time basis. The position offers flexibility, equating to 32 hours per week, 4 days per week. RVGO is a well‑established caravan and RV servicing workshop in Terrey Hills. With over 10 years' experience in the industry, we have established an extensive customer base by offering superior servicing, accessory fitting, upgrades and insurance work. About the role Accounts payable and receivable Payroll & new employment agreements as per the award PAYG/Payroll Tax and Superannuation Business activity statements Invoicing Daily and monthly reporting Insurance administration General finance & administration assistance About you Minimum 4 years of bookkeeping and accounts administration experience. Experience with Xero accounting software Experience with a managing payroll, RDO's and holidays Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software systems The ability to ensure accuracy across all tasks Proficiency with MS Office Suite Experience with systems that integrate into Xero (desired) Reliable and dependable Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Excellent interpersonal and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
