Legal Recruiter | Contract & Perm Specialist | driven by decades of experience, and coffee | Lets chat An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior Legal Counsel with real estate experience to join a leading global owner developer in the renewables sector. The role This is a growth role that will see you report to the Head of Legal as part of a collaborative, supportive and highly impactful in‑house legal team. large scale purchases, leasing, or option agreements for large development sites across the regions; securing all relevant zoning, planning and environmental approvals; working across all regulators and agencies, negotiating easements, access and land rights; providing ongoing property management, across global legal frameworks. Ideal Candidate 10+ years’ post‑qualification experience gained in a leading law firm and/or in‑house environment. Strong background in property, real estate law, ideally with exposure to the energy, infrastructure sector. Broader experience in commercial, corporate, or procurement matters would be highly regarded. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to advise confidently at all levels of the business. A hands‑on, pragmatic approach and a genuine interest and knowledge of the energy regulation space.
