From greeting clients to keeping the office humming, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone feels welcome. What you’ll do: Warmly greet clients and visitors, you set the tone for their experience. Answer calls and emails with professionalism and a smile in your voice. Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting rooms like a pro. Keep the office organised and stocked (because details matter). Support our advisers and admin team with day-to-day tasks. About You Experience in reception, admin, or financial planning support (1-2 years preferred). A knack for organisation and juggling multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, you’re confident and approachable. Tech savvy with Microsoft Office and happy to learn new systems. A genuine love for working with people and making their day easier.
