Reporting directly to the CFO, the role will include but not be limited to: Effectively manage a team of 4 across Accounts Payable and Receivable to ensure effective management of the AP & AR ledgers Provide training, motivation and leadership to the AP & AR team to create a culture of efficiency and teamwork, empowering them problem solve and partner with the business Ability to develop a performance orientated, focused and engaged team. Implement and maintain efficient and effective operating rhythms and mechanisms to ensure rigour across transactional processes. Participate in strategic finance projects with the intention of implementing process improvements and ways of working to impact the day to day and drive quality standards, deadlines and minimisation of errors Building effective working relationships with all stakeholders and provide support as required. Provide relevant information on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to support internal stakeholders in decision making and reporting and forecasting processes. Partner with and assist the wider business to build confidence in the AP & AR function and team. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? The successful candidate will have proven management experience in an Accounts Payable & Receivable capacity within a large scale organisation, as well as the following attributes: Experience working in a multinational environment Demonstrated experience of implementing best practice for the AP/AR function Excellent verbal and written communication skills Effective leadership and stakeholder management across both internal and external stakeholders Experience in executing strategies which improve business performance Strong interpersonal and influencing skills BUZZ CULTURE At Buzz, we pride ourselves on doing things in ways that inspire discovery.
