Finance Lead (f/m/d)
to join our team.The Finance Lead will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws, and providing financial advice to the senior management team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, accounting, taxes, budgeting, and financial reporting.Your Tasks – Paint the world green
Develop financial strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectivesPrepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial statements in a timely and accurate mannerManage cash flow and ensure the company has adequate funds to meet its obligationsManage Flix local banking needs, execute partner payments and settlementsAnalyse financial data and provide financial advice to the senior management teamEnsure compliance with financial regulations and lawsCollaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial policies and proceduresManage the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgerCoordinate and manage local consultants or advisers in accounting, taxes, corporate mattersImplement, manage and operate financial systems and processes in Mexico (ie Oracle)Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other stakeholdersWork with local team and Global Finance team to accomplish all financial needsYour Profile – Ready to hop on board
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related fieldProven experience as a Finance Manager or similar roleIn-depth knowledge of financial regulations and laws in MexicoStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong technical fluency in relevant Office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferredProfessional certification such as CFA, CPA, or CA preferredSignificant practical experience in project management and proven track record of taking ownership and successfully driving projectsStrong skills in stakeholder management and the ability to work efficiently with people in different functions of the companyYou are comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with dynamically changing tasks and prioritiesOur Perks – More than just a job
