Remote Finance Team Leader

We are seeking an
experienced F&I manager
to join us in a greenfield finance department that will see us offering finance and insurance solutions to our customers from a
remote location away from the dealership .
The Business Manager is the Finance and Insurance expert. Connect with customers, build rapport quickly and act with integrity - always. Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism. Work inclusively to coach and mentor your team, bringing everyone on the learning journey together. Use your owner’s mindset to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you settle finance applications on time, with a meticulous focus on compliance.
You must be agile and flexible to change, things move pretty quickly here.
You will be required to demonstrate
Previous finance experience essentialLeadership experience preferredStrong verbal and written communicationTech-savvy, digitial documents and video consults will be the norm in this roleYou display an owners mindset in your approach to your workThe ability to work autonomouslyProfessional, honest and courteousThe ability to multitask
