Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and advertising strategies that enhance our brand presence, support business growth, and attract new customers to SouthernBM’s range of premium services and products. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement targeted advertising and promotional strategies that directly support the company’s sales and brand objectives. Provide strategic advice to management on marketing initiatives and promotional approaches to effectively connect with key customer segments. Manage the creative production process for marketing campaigns, including briefing designers and media teams, reviewing scripts and content, and coordinating delivery across digital and traditional channels within set timelines and budgets. Contribute to the company’s growth by planning and executing comprehensive marketing programs and communication plans that align with business goals. Conduct research and analyse market trends to identify new opportunities for products, services, and audience engagement. Oversee the creation and publication of digital content, ensuring consistency in messaging across the company website and social media platforms. Use data-driven methods to assess how pricing and promotional strategies impact customer behaviour and overall profitability. Track the performance of marketing activities, preparing regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. Analyse digital campaign results, including website analytics and engagement metrics, to guide future strategy. Review and refine online content and SEO strategies to enhance visibility and search rankings. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business. A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in marketing, digital media, or advertising. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging messages across multiple channels. High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence and integrity in all aspects of work. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and content creation.
