We are now seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join Speedy Blinds Pty Ltd. The Marketing Specialist will play an essential role in driving brand visibility, supporting product promotions, and strengthening our market presence for our blinds, curtains, and window furnishing solutions. The position is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, analysing customer insights, coordinating promotional materials, and supporting the sales team in achieving business growth. Key Responsibilities Collaborating with management to develop advertising placement strategies and marketing campaigns aligned with sales objectives. Analysing customer requirements, preferences, demographics, and purchasing patterns to identify potential market segments. Coordinating with creative teams to develop branding concepts, promotional materials, and marketing content across digital and traditional platforms. Identifying effective marketing channels and media platforms to promote products to targeted audiences. Providing recommendations on pricing strategies, service packages, and marketing mix elements to increase competitive appeal. Developing online and offline marketing campaigns based on data‑driven insights and presenting strategies to management. Preparing reports and presentations that translate marketing performance into clear insights to support business decision‑making. Monitoring advertising effectiveness, evaluating conversion rates, and adjusting marketing strategies to optimise outcomes and support business growth. Desirable Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role. Essential Skills and Knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM and CMS tools. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS. Strong skills in data analysis for marketing insights. Creative thinking and design capability. Strong writing and communication skills. Understanding of consumer psychology and purchasing behaviour. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Familiarity with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and campaign management software.
