About the role In this role, you will oversee and manage a portfolio of existing affiliate partner accounts, working closely with key partners to continue building and strengthening the existing relationship they have with TorFX. Developing a thorough understanding of our affiliate partner's key needs and requirements will allow you and TorFX to deliver solutions that achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Key responsibilities Developing trusted relationships with partners to ensure strong portfolio retention Expanding relationships by providing tailored solutions to meet their changing needs and objectives Monitoring progress of partner's referred clients and providing regular feedback and on outcomes Supporting partners with products and services and liaising with internal teams to ensure delivery in a timely manner Ensuring partner portfolios are maintained in accordance with "best practice" and key account metrics are being met About you The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a portfolio of client accounts and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels. Experience in customer relationship management and providing solutions based on customer needs. A high level of activity and communication with clients. Ability to problem‑solve and provide solutions. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
