What You’ll Do: Lead employee casework and provide expert HR/IR advice Drive strategic initiatives in engagement, wellbeing, and cultural transformation Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development Contribute to policy development and HR compliance Enable leadership capability through operational excellence You’ll use your people‑first mindset , emotional intelligence , and HR know‑how to build strong relationships across the school, guiding leaders and supporting staff through every stage of the employee lifecycle. Your work will directly contribute to a thriving, inclusive, and high‑performing culture.
