As our People Services Manager, you’ll lead a small, dedicated team to deliver the full spectrum of people services—from recruitment and onboarding to performance, development, and compliance. You’ll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, a mentor to your team, and a champion of our values-driven, inclusive culture. Key Responsibility Areas Driving strategic people initiatives aligned with Family Life’s mission and values Leading and mentoring a high-performing People Services team Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance, and development programs Managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with employment legislation Leading the implementation of a new HRIS and modernising HR operations Fostering a culture of wellbeing, recognition, and continuous improvement Our Ideal Candidate Proven experience in a senior HR generalist role Strong knowledge of employment law and industrial relations A collaborative leadership style and a passion for developing others Strategic thinking with hands-on operational capability A genuine commitment to equity, inclusion, and social impact Who We Are At Family Life, we believe every child deserves to thrive in a safe and healthy family environment.
