Role Overview As our People Services Manager, you’ll lead a small, dedicated team to deliver the full spectrum of people services—from recruitment and onboarding to performance, development, and compliance. You’ll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, a mentor to your team, and a champion of our values‑driven, inclusive culture. Key Responsibility Areas Driving strategic people initiatives aligned with Family Life's mission and values Leading and mentoring a high‑performing People Services team Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance, and development programs Managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with employment legislation Leading the implementation of a new HRIS and modernising HR operations Fostering a culture of wellbeing, recognition, and continuous improvement Ideal Candidate Proven experience in a senior HR generalist role Strong knowledge of employment law and industrial relations A collaborative leadership style and a passion for developing others Strategic thinking with hands‑on operational capability A genuine commitment to equity, inclusion, and social impact Benefits Flexible work options and a great team culture Salary packaging (receive up to an extra $18,500 in tax‑free pay per year) Additional paid leave for End of Year close‑down Purchased Annual Leave Scheme Employee Assistance Program, a free and confidential counselling service for employees How to Apply You can view the full position description and submit your confidential application—including a CV and cover letter addressing the key selection criteria—via the Family Life Careers page.
