About the Role: This is a key role where you’ll help maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety in a fast‑paced, high‑performance team. Key Responsibilities: Cleaning and sanitation to a range of high risk flour mill areas Following schedules and standard operating procedures (SOP’s) Ensuring the highest level of quality standards are maintained with the support of your teammates About you: We are looking for candidates who have the following qualifications: Must be available to work day shifts, Monday to Friday Must have experience in food processing cleaning, including high risk and high care environments Have knowledge of HACCP and GMP Have a good understanding of the WH&S processes Have a good understanding of cleaning chemicals and their correct and safe handling Good presentation and grooming Sound communication skills Who we are: Challenger Services Group is an award‑winning national industry leader, providing outsourced service solutions to a number of critical industries.
