Warehouse Supervisor/ Co-Ordinator

Established in 1969, Cook's Plumbing Supplies is a successful family run business and a leader in the industry. Cook’s consists of thirteen Trade Stores, a Home Builders Division, Commercial Projects Division, dedicated Plumbing Estimator team and four retail Showrooms across NSW and QLD. We are looking for a motivated and highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor/Co‑ordinator for our Builders Warehouse in Beresfield, NSW . The role will see you reporting directly to the Homebuilders Manager, whilst also working with other senior members of staff. Responsibilities Be responsible and accountable for staff members working in the warehouse Communication of delivery and release schedules with sites/site contacts and Homebuilders team Check product going out for delivery is packed and checked for accuracy Oversee all inventory based activity including inwards goods, bin locating of stock, cycle counts and stocktakes Mentor and motivate staff in the store; sharing knowledge where applicable Discuss store operations with all warehouse and co‑ordinator staff members Customer communication on all levels of product to site requirements Qualifications & Attributes Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse management/supervisor role (front‑of‑wall plumbing product knowledge highly regarded) Good communication and excellent time management skills High level understanding of Management skills including business processes and mentoring of staff Aptitude for teamwork with a willingness to learn High level of computer literacy Commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction Willingness to take on unassigned tasks Cook’s Plumbing Supplies has a strong culture of inclusiveness and support.
