Campaign Development : Plan, execute, and report on integrated marketing campaigns that highlight the cutting-edge technology behind CR Labs' products, leveraging social media , email , and digital channels . Creative Design Support : Collaborate with the graphics designer to produce visually compelling content that showcases the technological features of our eyewear while maintaining a fashionable aesthetic . Brand Consistency : Ensure that all marketing materials maintain brand consistency, presenting CR Labs' high-tech products with a premium, stylish appeal that resonates with our target market. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with CR Labs’ commitment to advancing optical technology and delivering fashion-forward solutions . Campaign Performance Analysis : Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, measuring how well the technical innovations and fashion elements resonate with healthcare professionals , consumers , and fashion influencers . Event Coordination : Coordinate and attend trade shows to showcase CR Labs’ latest optical innovations , engage with key industry players, and promote our vision for the future of optical fashion . What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of professional marketing experience , ideally with exposure to technology , fashion , or consumer industries . A strong design sense with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva , creating visually stunning content that communicates both the advanced functionality and stylish appeal of our products. Familiarity with CRM engagement (Zoho preferred) to support customer relationships and marketing automation . Proven experience in content creation for social media and email campaigns , with a focus on showcasing innovative technology in a visually engaging manner. Excellent communication , organizational , and time management skills , with the ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. A passion for working with advanced technology and an understanding of how technical innovations can be leveraged to create compelling marketing strategies.
