Base pay range A$90,000.00/yr - A$100,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Invested Talent We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join a fast-paced financial services business. You’ll execute integrated marketing campaigns, manage events, optimise marketing processes and systems usage, and partner with stakeholders across the business to bring commercial priorities to life. This is a delivery-heavy role suited to someone who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment and enjoys testing, learning, and continually improving results. This role would suit someone coming from financial services, or another regulated environment, with strong B2B experience. What you’ll do Run locally relevant, integrated campaigns across digital, content, email, events, and paid channels. Leverage marketing systems and processes to support campaign execution and reporting. Manage and optimise digital advertising activity. Adapt global campaign materials for the Australian market. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, partnerships, and external partners. Coordinate with marketing specialists across the business to deliver projects on time. Track, test, measure, and continually improve marketing activity to align with strategic business goals. Support and deliver events as part of broader B2B campaign activity. What you’ll bring Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within financial services, banking, insurance, or another complex/regulated environment. Background in partnerships or partner-led environments is highly desirable. Strong skills across digital marketing, content, campaign execution, and events. Familiarity with marketing systems Salesforce is a plus. A proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns with measurable results. Strong organisational skills and the ability to bring together cross-functional teams without formal leadership authority. High levels of energy, ownership, and work ethic - someone who gets things done. A collaborative, inclusive approach with strong stakeholder engagement capability. Curiosity and a test and learn mindset to continually refine and improve performance.
