This is next‑level fitness. We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help drive our brand presence. Role Summary You will take ownership of executing and managing marketing initiatives across all Housed facilities and programs. This involves hands‑on campaign execution, content management, and strategic support to ensure all marketing activities align with membership acquisition goals, facility growth, and premium brand standards. You will be instrumental in communicating our unique value proposition and increasing market penetration within the fitness and wellness community. Key Responsibilities Campaign & Content Coordination: Develop and disseminate marketing content for all facilities and services (digital, social media, class schedules, and in‑club promotions). Vendor Management: Coordinate relationships with external marketing agencies, design vendors, and print suppliers, ensuring quality and cost‑effectiveness. Logistics & Events: Manage the logistics for marketing materials and promotional events (e.g., facility launches, open days, brand partnerships). Cross‑functional Support: Collaborate with fitness and operations teams to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect program offerings and brand standards. Qualifications & Skills Experience: At least 1 year in a Marketing specialist or similar role, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or property industry. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field is desirable. Core Skills: Strong ability to negotiate with vendors, analyze marketing performance, and collaborate across teams.
