On a full-time basis , you will be part of a multidisciplinary and well-supported team. Title: Marketing Specialist, Full-time position Salary: A$ 85,000.00 to 95,000.00 plus super Work Location: In person. We are looking for applicants who demonstrate the following: Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in marketing, advertising or related fields. Proven track record of successful campaigns and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms, and CRM software. Ability to analyse data to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to craft compelling campaigns. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with teams, clients, and audiences. Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and adapt to a rapidly changing market environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Responsibilities Developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media. Conducting market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviours. Collaborating with design and content teams to create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials. Monitoring and analysing campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI. Engaging with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives and align marketing efforts accordingly. Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective marketing strategies are implemented. Staying informed about competitors and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Creating and maintaining databases of customer information for targeted marketing efforts. Crafting marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive growth. Ensuring consistency in messaging and maintaining the company’s brand identity across platforms. Developing campaigns aimed at attracting and converting potential customers. Preparing and presenting reports to management that summarize campaign outcomes and suggest improvements. Building and nurturing relationships with customers through personalized communication. Addressing challenges that arise during campaigns and finding innovative solutions.
