We are in need of recruiting a creative and results‑driven Marketing Specialist who can adapt to the rapid market development. The candidate should have the ability and experience to identify suitable Chinese manufacturing enterprises and be capable of dealing with them. We hope the candidate can develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. The candidate is expected to be familiar with Chinese marketing methods and Chinese media, such as RedNote, WeChat groups, Tik Tok, etc. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with a passionate team. Key Responsibilities Establish distribution networks for products and services, initiate market research & studies and analyze their findings. Assist in product development, direct and evaluate the marketing strategies of establishments. Promote the company’s products and services. Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and Google Ads. Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth. Produce high‑quality marketing content for various platforms (website, social media, blogs, etc.). Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and increase customers. Coordinate promotional events and initiatives, both online and offline. Maintain the company’s website and social media, ensuring consistent and engaging content. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices to keep marketing strategies innovative. Manage the budget for marketing campaigns and events, ensuring resources used effectively. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors as needed. Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar marketing role. Strong understanding of digital marketing & social media platforms. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English & Chinese with the ability to create engaging content. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision‑making. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to explain & solve problems in coordination with suppliers.
