We support elderly residents, their families, and colleagues 7 days a week across AM, PM and night shifts. This Personal Carer Worker (PCW) role is based at xx and you will work closely with nursing, hospitality and resident engagement teams to deliver compassionate, timely care. Very positive teamwork attitude, excellent time management (including handovers) and strict adherence to safety procedures. Computer‑savvy: using email, Word and in‑house training platforms. Excellent workplace safety awareness to prevent residents from tripping, falling or hurting themselves – you need to be their extra eyes and ears. Qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) OR completed 1st year nursing studies with an aged‑care placement. Other Cert III courses in related health‑care studies are acceptable. Industry work placement required to meet compliance standards.
