About The Opportunity We are actively seeking experienced and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join us on a permanent part‑time basis to cover a variety of shifts. Successful candidates may also have the opportunity to work across other Bolton Clarke Homes to cover planned and unplanned leave. Responsibilities Provide direct care, support and guidance to residents in accordance with best practice. Establish positive relationships with residents and collaborate with the team in a respectful, integrity‑driven environment. Respond to incidents and changes in resident behaviour in a timely manner to registered nurses. Qualifications Valid working rights in Australia. Completed NDIS check or Police Check. Highly organised and able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks. Highly efficient and motivated. Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care or Individual Support. Minimum of 6 months aged care experience. Flexibility to work available shifts on short notice. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
