If yes — we’d love to hear from you We are looking for a Mobilisation Coordinator to join our CMS division, supporting contingent workers across major mining operations. In this role, you will ensure workers are fully compliant, site‑ready and supported throughout their mobilisation journey. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinating end-to-end mobilisation for contingent workers across BHP and associated sites Validating compliance requirements — licences, medicals, inductions, right-to-work, certifications etc. Scheduling pre-employment medicals, drug & alcohol testing and other assessments Managing workflows across systems including Onboarded, Fieldglass and FastTrack Ensuring all payroll-critical documentation is complete and accurate Acting as the primary point of contact for workers — providing updates, reminders and support Monitoring expiry of certifications and coordinating refresh/renewal cycles Supporting demobilisation including access removal and equipment return Maintaining accurate data, dashboards and reporting to reduce risk and delays What You’ll Bring Experience coordinating high-volume onboarding/mobilisation activities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities confidently Experience using workforce systems (Onboarded, Fieldglass, FastTrack preferred) Ability to work to strict deadlines and follow structured SOPs Nice to Have Experience in mining, construction or remote workforce deployment Familiarity with WHS requirements and pre-employment medical processes Labour-hire or Employer-of-Record (EOR) experience What We Can Offer Competitive Remuneration Rewards and Recognition Continual Career Development Mentorship and Coaching WFH Options Flexible Work Arrangements Employee Discounts Including Health Care Novated Leasing A commitment to your wellbeing including additional paid wellbeing days and a 90 minute lunch break when dedicated to wellbeing A commitment to social responsibility including additional paid volunteer time off and much more This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, customer-centric role and is passionate about building long-lasting client relationships that drive winning outcomes for your customers and your team.
