Mobilisations Coordinator

Location: (Kalgoorlie, WA) (Residential – be home every night)Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pmPay: $40 per hourReports to: Admin Manager About the role We’re looking for a highly organised Mobilisations Coordinator to keep our site access and compliance running like clockwork. You’ll own the end‑to‑end admin for mobilising field workers to mine sites and ensure our records are accurate and current. What you’ll do Manage site access paperwork for client mine sites and compliance requirements. Enter all details/notes into our internal ‘Site Access Activity Log’ (our working log of all site access info). Maintain and update our internal ‘Site Access Guide’ (what each site requires and where our workers are inducted). Liaise with field workers to ensure inductions are completed and kept current. Keep internal personnel documents up to date (e.g. National Police Clearance within 6 months; Drug & Alcohol screen within 30 days). Undertake other admin tasks and priorities as directed by the Admin Manager. About you Strong admin skills and attention to detail; confident chasing actions and closing loops. Clear communicator who can liaise with workers, clients and internal office personnel. Comfortable working to deadlines with multiple moving parts. Experience in mobilisations/compliance in the resources/mining sector is highly regarded (not essential). Current driver’s licence and full working rights in Australia. Able to obtain a National Police Clearance and complete pre‑employment screening (e.g. Drug & Alcohol and medicals).
