Great starting salary + employee benefits Your New Role We’re on the lookout for a Operations Coordinator to support our diverse portfolio across Build to Rent (BTR), Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), and real estate operations. In this pivotal role, you’ll coordinate daily operations, facilitate compliance, and assist with training and reporting to keep everything running at its best. You will connect people and performance - aligning teams, management, and stakeholders to achieve operational excellence. About You With a strong understanding of compliance requirements and a talent for refining processes, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment whilst facilitating seamless operations. With sharp attention to detail and exceptional communication skills, you will confidently manage competing priorities and foster productive relationships across teams. Ideally, You Will Have Unrestricted working rights in Australia. Cert IV in Real Estate Practice or be willing to obtain (preferred) Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Property or Administration (desirable). Experience in operations, administration, or coordination across the property, real estate or hospitality sectors Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including Residential Tenancies Act and property compliance Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
