Overview DDH1 Drilling is looking for an Operations Coordinator - to coordinate the resourcing, rostering and travel of field crew. DDH1 Drilling is a leading provider of drilling services to the Australian mineral exploration and mining industry. For over 19 years, our reputation has been built on a track record of high performance, quality drilling and our skilled team who make it possible. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the mobilisation of field crew to site; this includes ensuring crew have all their required tickets and clearances. Responsibilities Prioritise and manage efficient mobilisation of Field Crew onto site in a timely and efficient manner so as not to compromise the operation; Understand the requirements of each drill site; Compile and administer all paperwork and coordinate site entry of field crew for site; Maintain a working knowledge of the various drill sites; Ensure field crew comply with the requirement for their site e.g. valid Police Clearances, medicals and drivers licences, etc; Forward site entry documentation to client adhering to the client’s site entry processes and procedures via site specific forms or software (INX, Workflow, etc). Qualifications Always presenting “Fit for Work” and punctual in attendance. Adhere to DDH1 policies and workplace practices. Proficient in Microsoft package, especially Excel and Outlook. The Operations Coordinator must be a team player, has excellent communication skills, flexibility to work after hours and maintain confidentiality. Experience in INX or Workflow.
