Base pay range A$120,000.00/yr - A$135,000.00/yr As a Senior Risk Analyst , you will play a central role in strengthening our risk culture. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will support key Line 1 activities including risk assessments, incident management, reporting, and implementation of regulatory change initiatives such as the Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) and CPS 230. Key Responsibilities Support the management of incidents, breaches, issues and actions across Customer & Brand. Partner with control owners to develop and deliver the annual Controls Assessment Plan. Lead the annual Risk and Controls Self-Assessment (RCSA) for the business unit. Prepare regular risk-related reporting for the Leadership Team, Executive Team and Board. Assist in the implementation of FAR obligations across Customer & Brand. Lead CPS 230 uplift activities within the business unit. Ensure ongoing compliance with key risk management policies and procedures, including Data, Records and Third-Party Risk Management. Lead business resilience activities for Customer & Brand. Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Risk Management and/or Compliance, preferably in financial services or life insurance. Strong ability to work autonomously with a proactive mindset. Passion for delivering high-quality outcomes with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and experience engaging senior stakeholders. Strong ability to build effective, long-lasting working relationships. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
