Job Description This newly created role is an exciting opportunity to support the Customer & Brand team in executing Line 1 risk management activities. As a Senior Risk Analyst in our Customer & Brand team, you’ll support the Business Manager in delivering key Line 1 risk activities, including risk assessments, incident management and reporting. You'll help drive compliance with the Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) and champion a strong, proactive approach to risk across the business. In This Role You Will Support the management of incidents, breaches, issues, and actions across Customer & Brand. Collaborate with control owners to develop and execute the annual Controls Assessment Plan for Customer & Brand. Lead the annual Risk and Controls Self‑Assessment across the business unit. Prepare regular risk‑related reports for the Leadership Team, Executive Team, and Board. Assist the Customer & Brand Business Manager in implementing the Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) requirements across the business unit. Lead uplift activities required for CPS 230. Ensure ongoing compliance with risk management policies and procedures, including Data, Records and Third‑Party Risk Management. Lead business resilience related activities for Customer & Brand. Qualifications Relevant Academic Qualifications: A university degree in a related field. 3+ years in a relevant Risk Management and/or Compliance role, preferably within the financial services or life insurance industry. Ability to work autonomously and take initiative. Passionate about delivering high‑quality outcomes. Excellent communication skills with proven experience in engaging with senior stakeholders. Strong ability to build long‑lasting working relationships. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
