Used Car Business Manager (Finance & Insurance) Grand Motors Sydney is currently seeking an experienced Used Car Business Manager who is able to build strong relationships with our customers based on trust and confidence. Our rapidly growing state‑of‑the‑art franchise provides guests with a luxury purchase experience, representing global brands. The products and services we provide are highly desired within a specific target market, demanding premium quality and professionalism. Key Duties To promote and ensure every opportunity is taken to present Finance and Insurance products to Certified Pre‑Owned customers of the dealership; including current campaigns and offers. Processing Finance & Insurance documents on behalf of guests from initial contact to final settlement. Close liaison with Financial Services to ensure all Finance and Insurance product information is up to date and accurate for client presentation. Responsible for receipting vehicle deposits and delivery payments on behalf of the sales team. Skills & Experience Proven experience, delivering results, as a Business Manager in a prestige environment. Strong communication and administration skills. Excellent organisational skills. Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Your ability to connect with a diverse customer base and offer high quality customer service and satisfaction is essential. A generous and attractive remuneration package is on offer inclusive of base salary, commission, car allowance and superannuation.
