An excellent opportunity is available for a Reservations Coordinator to join our team. We are seeking an energetic person who is experienced, efficient, highly motivated and able to manage competing priorities in a busy office environment. The successful applicant will have a positive and mature attitude with great communication & organisational skills and attention to detail and accuracy which will set you apart from the rest. The position involves the full range of clerical duties with an emphasis on the charter reservations side of the business. You will answer calls, produce quotes, make bookings, produce work tickets and correspond with clients and stakeholders and perform other administrative duties and tasks as required. You will be required to liaise with drivers and subcontractors to assess availability, forward plan and ensure records are up to date and accurate. You may also provide assistance with the extended educational touring section or other aspects of the business as required including updating the company social media presence. Responsibilities Answer calls, produce quotes, make bookings, and produce work tickets. Correspond with clients and stakeholders on reservations. Liaise with drivers and subcontractors for availability. Forward plan and keep records accurate and up to date. Assist with educational touring section as needed. Update company social media presence. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, copying, typing, and phone answering. Qualifications Good communication skills. Excellent written and verbal presentation skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational and time management skills. Professional manner and presentation. High self‑motivation and dedication. Hands‑on skill with PC computer applications including all Microsoft Office programs and Internet (specifically Outlook, Word & Excel). Google software experience (docs, drive, mail etc.) would be an advantage. Ability to work to deadlines. Able to work as part of a team. Ability to follow through on instructions given in relation to daily tasks. Driver's licence & reliable transport. Permanent position with immediate start available. Why Wait?
