About the role Manage the top enterprise accounts by building strong partnerships with existing clients and keeping up‑to‑date with their growing demand or changing business needs. Articulate the value proposition of TeamViewer solutions, with the aim to win new business and grow our customer base, driving higher revenue. Responsibilities Win new customers and establish new business relationships by gaining trust and identifying customer needs Educate existing clients on the refined suite of TeamViewer products, including augmented reality solutions and transformative operational technology Maintain relationships with exiting clients to prevent churn and discover opportunities for increasing revenue Run effective meetings and deliver strong presentations to promote TeamViewer products and solutions Support bi‑weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast process, including pipeline analysis, data validation, and identify gaps and actions required Reach quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company’s yearly growth expectation Conduct market analysis to source project/ customer opportunities and create key accounts plans to cultivate new revenue Requirements 5+ years of experience driving key account growth and enterprise/channel sales in B2B SaaS environments. Strong oral and written fluency in English and Korean, ability to construct professional emails and proposals Experience selling software products/ licences to enterprise‑level organisations High analytical capabilities and collaboration skills in order to achieve a shared goal Experience presenting and pitching solutions to key stakeholders Strong relationship‑building skills, and the ability to deliver a top‑tier customer experience Passion for technology and innovation What we offer Office location is Adelaide, Australia (Remote work if in Sydney or Melbourne) Modern CBD office, public transport friendly Quarterly team events and company‑wide celebrations Enjoy shared staff lunches, as well as complimentary fruit, tea, and coffee Opportunity to attend events including the F1 .
