Square Yards' significant further expansion plans requires capable Property Consultants to join our rapidly growing team. Position Overview We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive to join our Sydney team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career candidates with excellent communication skills and a clear Australian accent. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, managing CRM entries, and supporting the sales team in their conversions. No prior real estate experience is required—full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads for property sales and investment opportunities. Handle inbound enquiries and provide initial information about Square Yards Australia’s services. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for property consultants. Communicate property details clearly and confidently over the phone. Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client information and follow-ups. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. Meet daily/weekly call targets and lead generation KPIs. Build rapport with potential clients through professional and friendly communication. Key Requirements Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience are welcome. Strong English communication skills with a natural Australian accent (mandatory). Confident and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Basic computer skills and comfort working with CRM tools (training provided). Positive attitude, self-motivation, and good interpersonal skills. Must be currently based in Sydney. What We Offer Competitive salary + performance incentives.
