About You: Qualifications: Skills & Attributes: Minimum 3 years sales experience with proven closing ability Prior experience in residential sales or understanding of construction / home building is preferred Passionate about building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service Comfortable using CRM platforms to manage customer relationships and sales activity - Salesforce experience is highly regarded A team player who also enjoys working independently Motivated by results and the thrill of closing the deal Everyone belongs at Rawson Group Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are key to realising our purpose of building better together.
