Managing Student Residences – Oversee BROWNS’ student housing, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Recruiting Host Families – Visit potential homestays, check standards, and build great relationships with local hosts. Supporting Students & Hosts – Be the go-to person for any accommodation needs and help solve any issues quickly. Handling Admin & Emergency Calls – Keep records organized and be available for emergency support on a rotating basis. What You Need to Apply People Skills – Friendly, outgoing, and great at communicating with people from all backgrounds. Problem-Solving Ability – Quick thinker who can handle challenges with ease. Strong Organisation Skills – Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of things. Valid Driver’s Licence – Willing to travel around the Gold Coast for home visitsli> Can-Do Attitude – Ready to jump in and make things happen Bonus Points If You Have Experience in hospitality, customer service, or working with international students.
