This is an opportunity to work with a Director who, year after year, has won awards by Rate My Agent in their core areas & is a high performer in their franchise network. THE ROLE A unique opportunity for a Monday to Friday, office-based role, focused on delivering all backend admin for the busy agents Prepare property files & contracts Prepare for open homes and auctions Preparing Marketing Materials e.g. property brochures, signboard, photo shoots Preparing social media posts with Canva using existing templates Ensure all documents have been received for property to be listed online Entering Data into the CRM System (VOLTE) Prepare for Settlements General admin & reception duties Finance Tasks including: invoicing, settlement figures, EOM reporting Full-time role in the office THE PERKS Base salary $75,000 - $90,000 plus superannuation (depending on experience) Stable business with Director who has very strong pipeline & network Office-based role – no driving or license required Exposure to a high-performing team Live & work Local Social team who reguarly attend industry events and awards nights THE PERSON As it’s a busy team, it's essential that applicants have knowledge of the real estate admin process Able to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities according to agents needs Certificate of registration / Assistant Agent certificate (preferred but not essential) Strong writing/admin skills, computer skills & attention to detail This role is Exclusive to R.E Talent Always Confidential.
