With a legacy of excellence and a forward‑thinking leadership team, the venue is now seeking a marketing professional to elevate its presence and improve guest engagement through bold, brand‑aligned strategies. Job Description The Marketing Manager will lead marketing strategy and execution for the hotel's food and beverage venues. This hands‑on role combines brand management, content creation, digital marketing, and event‑based activations to drive patronage and enhance market position. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing marketing plans across all F&B outlets Managing partnerships, PR, and local area marketing initiatives Coordinating events and activations to drive awareness and visitation Collaborating with senior leadership on brand positioning and strategy Overseeing digital platforms, content, and promotional campaigns Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a creative and commercially focused marketing professional with experience in multi‑outlet hospitality, hotels, or lifestyle brands. They are strategic, hands‑on, and confident working across a range of internal and external stakeholders. The successful applicant will demonstrate: Proven experience in marketing within hospitality, hotels, or luxury lifestyle sectors Strong understanding of F&B marketing and guest engagement trends Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and initiatives simultaneously Strong stakeholder management and communication skills A collaborative and solutions‑focused approach Offer This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a marketing function within one of Sydney's most iconic hospitality settings.
