Continuing Full Time AppointmentProfessional Level 6 – annual salary $89,487.76 – $95,375.86 paPlus 17% superannuation and 6 weeks annual leaveCasuarina Campus Will support the delivery of high-quality training programs in a fast-paced environment and provide support across the CDU TAFE Civil, Logistics & High-Risk team at Charles Darwin University. About the Position As the Training Coordinator , your key role will be facilitating communication and coordination between external stakeholders and the CDU Civil, Logistics & High‑Risk training team. You will be responsible for managing and supporting the end-to-end training process—from initial enquiries to program delivery. About You Highly developed planning and organisational skills with a proven ability to manage and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy under pressure. Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage complex relationships, fostering alliances and effectively communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders and equity groups. Demonstrated skills in the use of computer applications including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to enter data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in student management systems or similar core technologies to ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and student record management. Ability to work independently and take initiative, demonstrating sound judgment and problem‑solving skills in a complex environment. A high level of cultural awareness and sensitivity to the needs of diverse student groups. The base salary will be in the range of $89,487.76 – $95,375.86 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $104,700.67 – $111,589.75 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
