The opportunity As the CRM & Customer Insights Manager, reporting to the Head of eCommerce & Digital, you will: Own CRM across Email, SMS, Push and App for our key markets (AU, US, UK, EU) Be the key voice of the customer to retain and grow our audience into a loyal community Build smart customer segments and journeys that feel genuinely personalised Design and optimise lifecycle flows – welcome, repeat, VIP, lapsing and win-back Spot trends in our customer base and use them to shape CRM strategy and campaigns Partner with Digital, Creative, Product and Social to align CRM with product launches and seasonal peak Report on what’s working, what’s not and what we’re doing next in a clear, commercial way You are Experienced in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally in direct to consumer environments or eCommerce Confident using platforms like Klaviyo and comfortable in the data “Customer first” – you care how it feels in the inbox, not just what it does for revenue Passionate about testing, learning and iterating quickly Fashion focused, understand trends and get excited by the idea of building a loyal, global community What’s in it for you?
