About the Role The Product Manager will lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of product solutions that drive value for our customers and business. With a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, this role is pivotal in bringing our product strategy to life, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and delivering measurable outcomes through high‑quality products that support Ofload's growth. What You'll Do Own the roadmap : Define and deliver product initiatives aligned with company strategyLead discovery & research : Use data, user insights, and stakeholder input to shape solutionsDrive execution : Work with tech, design, and ops from ideation through launch and iterationCollaborate deeply : Partner across internal teams (Tech, Design, Ops, Finance) and external stakeholders (Shippers & Carriers)Manage integrations : Define requirements and oversee implementation of 3rd party tools (when applicable) What You'll Bring Proven experience managing SaaS products and 3rd party integrationsStrong product thinking : can turn customer pain points into scalable solutionsConfident communicator : builds trust and alignment with both teams and leadershipSkilled at delivery : clear goals, prioritisation frameworks, and executionAnalytical and creative : grounded in data but not afraid to innovateA growth mindset : proactive, self‑driven, and resilient in fast‑paced environmentsAt Ofload we prioritise impact, aptitude and passion, so we'd encourage you to apply if you do not meet all the above criteria.
