Who We Are Euroclad Australia specialises in architectural-grade Copper, Zinc and Aluminium roofing and cladding systems. You’ll see our work on high-end homes and prestige projects across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Northern NSW. We’re known for: Premium craftsmanship Technical detail and high standards A tight-knit team that backs each other on and off the tools The Opportunity This is a chance to take the lead on-site while still being on the tools and sharpening your craft. Working closely with our Site Supervisor, you will: Lead and motivate site crews to deliver high-quality roofing and cladding installations Organise and schedule daily tasks to keep jobs on time and on spec Uphold Euroclad’s safety, quality, and cultural standards Mentor juniors and apprentices, lifting the standard across the team Communicate clearly with supervisors, clients, and other trades Solve problems quickly with a calm, proactive, “get it done” mindset About You You’re the sort of person who: Wants a fresh start in the New Year with a company that’s going somewhere Has strong experience in copper and/or zinc roofing/cladding (or aluminium architectural cladding) Is organised and detail-focused – you don’t cut corners Has led small crews or taken charge on-site and can back it up with references Enjoys teaching others and setting high standards Is ambitious and keen to grow into more senior leadership as the company expands Why Euroclad?
